-The $20 deposit is one-time only. After you’ve made your first claim and become a customer, you won’t need to pay this deposit again.

Refund Policy:

-Please note, the deposit is non-refundable if you do not pay for your live sale claims. If you cancel or forfeit your claims, or fail to contact us regarding a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
-If you're unable to complete your claim payment, get in touch, and we can transfer the deposit to your next live sale as a credit.
-For customers who have previously failed to pay for a claim, the deposit will not be refunded or carried over to future sales.
